Testing Your Routes (Partner Portal)
Preview a route for free before spending anything, test a call or SMS as one of your customers, and check your own vendor connectivity directly.

Your portal's Route Test page lets you verify routing for any of your own downstream customers, without needing their login.
Preview Route (Free)
Before running a real test call or SMS, click Preview Route — it shows which vendor and rate the destination would actually use, whether a tech prefix would be stripped, and how caller ID would resolve (translation rules, default CLI, CLI pool), all without placing a call or spending the customer's balance. Use this first to confirm the setup is right, then run a real test only if you need to prove the vendor actually answers.
Running a Real Test
Select a customer, enter a destination, and click Run Voice Test or Send Test SMS. These are real calls/messages billed normally to the customer's balance at their normal rate — up to 5 voice tests per hour. Sending a real caller ID on a voice test lets you verify CLI translation rules, since those only fire on a matching "from" prefix.
Testing Your Own Vendor Connectivity
If you have your own vendors (6X Switch partners), a separate section lets you test one directly — bypassing any customer or routing group entirely. A voice test dials straight to that vendor's gateway; an SMS check confirms whether the vendor's SMPP connector is currently bound and authenticated with the carrier, with an optional real test message. Use this to isolate "is my vendor even reachable" from "is my customer's routing set up correctly."
