Docs Wholesale & Carriers Signing Your Interconnection Agreement

Signing Your Interconnection Agreement

How the digital agreement page at contracts.6xcom.com works — contract types, what you fill in, and what happens after you sign.

Signing Your Interconnection Agreement

For formal wholesale voice/SMS relationships, 6X sends a link to a dedicated agreement page instead of (or alongside) the self-service registration form. You will receive an email with a link to contracts.6xcom.com — everything happens on that one page, no download or printing required.

Contract Types

  • Prepayment — a unilateral sell agreement. You fund your wallet in advance and traffic is billed against that balance.
  • Postpaid — 6X extends you a credit limit and invoices on agreed terms; this direction only (6X does not accept postpaid terms in reverse).
  • Bilateral — a two-way telecommunications services agreement covering both parties sending traffic to each other.

What You Fill In

  1. Company details — name, registration number, tax ID, address, country.
  2. Your logo (drag-and-drop upload) — used on your copy of the signed PDF.
  3. Contacts — primary, account manager, billing, and technical/NOC, each with their own phone/email.
  4. Banking — account details, IBAN/SWIFT, and an optional USDT wallet address for crypto payment.
  5. Technical interconnection details — origination and termination IPs, ports, gateways, codecs, fax/DTMF support, and your SMPP IP for SMS. This is the same information covered in our separate technical interconnection form, built into the same page rather than a second document to fill in.
  6. Commercial terms — credit limit, invoice period, and payment terms are pre-filled by 6X and shown for your review; contact your account manager before signing if any of them need to change.

Signing

Type your name and title, tick the agreement checkbox, and draw your signature with your mouse or finger. Submitting generates a signed PDF automatically — you don't need to download, sign, and re-upload anything separately.

After You Sign

Your submission is reviewed by our team before your account is opened to live traffic (this confirms details like an incoming wire transfer for prepayment accounts). Once activated, you will receive your SIP trunk and SMPP credentials the same way as a self-service signup — see Opening a wholesale account.

Link Expired or Lost?

Signing links expire after 30 days. If yours has expired or you cannot find the original email, contact your account manager or sales@6xcom.com and we will issue a fresh one — nothing you have already filled in is lost.

Verifying a Signed Agreement

Every signed agreement gets a verification code, checkable at a public link (contracts.6xcom.com/verify/<code>) printed on the PDF — useful if a third party needs to confirm a copy is genuine.
