Your Prepaid Balance & Billing

How your balance funds customer traffic, how debits work, and how to top up.

How Your Balance Works

Your customers pay you (their balance, at your prices). You pay 6X (your balance, at your cost rates). Every answered call and delivered SMS from your customers debits your prepaid balance by the cost of that traffic — automatically, at the moment it's billed.

The Ledger

The Billing & Balance page shows your current balance and a complete transaction history: every top-up and every traffic debit, each with the balance before and after, a description of the call or message, and a reference. Nothing moves on your balance without a ledger entry.

Topping Up

Use the top-up form on the Billing page (minimum $10). Payment is processed by card, USSD, or bank transfer, and your balance is credited as soon as the payment verifies.

⚠️ Important: Your balance can go negative — traffic is not cut off at the moment you hit zero, to avoid dropping your customers' live calls. But a negative balance must be topped up promptly; sustained negative balances can lead to service suspension.
💡 Tip: Your margin per call = what your customer paid minus what your balance was debited. Both figures are on your dashboard, per customer and in total.
