6X Alerts — Platform Updates & Notifications

What 6X Alerts is, where you'll see it (feed, email, push), and what kind of things get posted.

6X Alerts — Platform Updates & Notifications

6X Alerts is our staff-authored feed for real platform news, announcements, scam/security warnings, and telecom advisories — not a syndicated news feed, everything published there comes directly from the 6X team.

Where you'll see it

  • The public feedapp.6xcom.com/alerts, browsable by anyone, no account needed. Each entry sits in one of three categories: Announcements, Scam & Security Alerts, or Advisories.
  • Email — when we publish something relevant to you, we send it to the email on file for your account. Which alerts you receive depends on the audience the alert was written for (for example, wholesale customers get wholesale-relevant alerts like rate-change notices — see Using the Country Rate Pages). This is automatic; there's no separate subscription to manage.
  • Push notification — signed-in users of the 6X mobile app get a real push notification the moment we mark something as a breaking alert (used sparingly, for genuinely time-sensitive items like an active scam pattern or a major service change).

What kind of things get posted here

Real product announcements (new features, new countries/rates, new tools), scam and toll-fraud warnings worth knowing about even if you're not directly affected yet, and advisories about carrier or routing issues. It is not a general blog — every post reflects something that actually changed or actually matters operationally.
