Register your business

Creating a 6X account is free and takes under 60 seconds. No credit card required.

Steps

1. Go to app.6xcom.com/register
2. Enter your business name, email address, and password.
3. Enter your business phone number — this becomes your 6X call line.
4. Select your country and business category.
5. Click Create Account.

Verify your phone and email

Right after signup, we send a 6-digit code to your phone number by SMS to confirm it's real — enter it on the page that follows. If SMS can't reach that number (some countries aren't yet covered), the same code is emailed to you instead, so you're never stuck. We also email a separate verification link to confirm your email address. You'll need to complete both before you can log in.

Didn't get a code? Use Resend Code on the verification page — it tries again and falls back to email automatically if SMS still can't reach you.

After verification

• Your call and chat link is ready instantly. Share it on your website, social media, or anywhere customers can reach you.
• Complete your business profile — add a logo, description, and address.
• Your business appears on the 6X Phonebook automatically.
• Invite your team to the staff portal.
