Balance check
- Customer visits phonebook.6xcom.com/[your-slug]/gift-cards.
- Enters their card code.
- Balance and expiry date are displayed instantly.
Redemption
- The business owner marks a card as redeemed from Dashboard → Gift Cards.
- Partial redemptions are supported — remaining balance is tracked automatically.
- Customers receive a confirmation once a card is redeemed.
